Welding material is an alloy which is smelted between non-ferrous alloys (silver, copper or zinc) and other metals according to the appropriate ratio. By mixing materials, smelting, extruding and drawing, welding material can be made into welding rods, welding rings, soldering pads, welding paste, etc.
Flux cored welding wire, which is also named as pink cored welding wire or tubular welding wire, can be divided into two series: aeration protection and no aeration protection. Flux cored welding material wire surface, as same as solid welding wire, is produced by low-carbon steel or low-alloy steel with good plasticity. The manufacturing method comprises as below: rolling the steel strip into a cross-section U shape, adding the dose-matched solder powder into the U-shaped steel strip, rolling it with a rolling mill, and finally drawing the flux cored welding wire of different specifications.
Aluminum flux cored welding wire (JO-HXAL01) is one of featured products produced by Zhengzhou Jinou Welding Material Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is an aluminium-silicon solder with aluminium flux inside (like potassium fluoroaluminate and other active agents). It has a melting temperature of 582-640 degrees and is mainly used for flame brazing of aluminum and aluminum alloys. Do not need to add flux during welding, which can effectively reduce the porosity and debris generated during the welding process; and do not need to clean, which reduces the welding time. Aluminium flux cored welding wire is widely used in refrigerated aluminum radiator, aluminum air-conditioning pipe, aluminum bicycle frame, car air conditioner and the like. The common specifications of aluminum flux cored wire are 1.4, 1.6, 2.0 or 2.4mm. According to customer's requirements, our factory can make welding rod, welding ring, coil wire, etc., which is convenient for customers.
